Please have your notebooks with all of your homework completed with you so that I can take them up and score them. It will be a grade. Section 1: Points, Lines and Planes Worksheet: 1-1_review.pdf Answers:1-1_review_answers.pdf Section 2: Linear Measure Worksheet: 1-2_review.pdf Answers:1-2_review_answers.pdf Section 3: Distance and Midpoint Worksheet: 1-3_review.pdf Answers:1-3_review_answers.pdf Section 4: Angle Measures and Bisectors Worksheet: 1-4_review.pdf Answers 1-4_review_answers.pdf Section 5: Angle Measures and Relationships Worksheet: 1-5_review.pdf Answers:1-5_review_answers.pdf Section 6: Polygons Worksheet: 1-6_review.pdf Answers: 1-6_review_answers.pdf Section 7: 3-D Figures Worksheet: 1-7_review.pdf Answers: 1-7_review_answers.pdf Vocabulary Review Worksheet: vocabulary_review.pdf Answers: vocabulary_review_answers.pdf August 22 and 23rd
Today's lesson was about 3-D figures. We also took a mini quiz that was not for a grade but just to see how well you would do if it were a grade. Homework for today: pg 71-73: 7, 9 11, 19-29 odd, 41 Below is the work for the previous day's homework. Today and August 19th, we reviewed polygons. The answers and work shown for the previous homework is attached. Homework today: pg: 61: 12, 14, 18-32 even, 36, 44 Mini quiz next class over distance, midpoints, and angles. You will need to know the formulas for distance and midpoint.
Today we reviewed angle relationships and how to measure angles. Due to picture day, first block was not able to take the quiz so the quiz for Block 1 will be on Thursday. Furthermore, attached is the work shown for the homework that was due today so that if you were not here, you can check your answers and see how to do the problems you may have missed. Please come and see me if you are still unsure on how to do any of the problems! Homework: pg 41-43: 20, 26-42 even, 52, and pg 51-53: 8-26 even, 36-42 even
August 12th and 15th we derived and applied the distance formula. We also began learning how to find the midpoints, as well as how to find an endpoint, if given the midpoint and another endpoint. Although we did not finish this or get to finding the length of a midpoint in class, I had you still attempt this section of the homework. This homework will not be considered a grade but I do expect each problem to be attempted.
